Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage performance, absence and timekeeping.
• Experience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement (CCAR/Scorecards).
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and TPM.
• Foundry/Casting experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Agree and satisfy production plans with Production Management.
• Drive Continuous Improvement through KPI`s using CCAR`s/ Scorecards/SQDCME and Work Group Boards.
• Manage performance, absence and time keeping with HR.
• Act as health and safety representative.
• Maintain sufficient staffing and skills including holiday control.
• Develop personnel to meet business demands with timely development.
• Ensure adherence to policy and safety regulations.
• Report machine and equipment malfunctions.
• Work with support departments to align TPM schedule and machine maintenance.
• Communicate with internal plants to ensure product supply.
• Develop a World Class 5S ethic with auditable process.
• Ensure finished product for customer requirements is delivered on time.
