Job summary

Thermoteknix Systems Ltd. is seeking a Production Process Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Cambridge site.

You will drive efficiency, maintain procedures, and ensure quality across the production floor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, lean practices, and compliance with health and safety standards, with daily reporting to Production Management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, process control, and quality management.
• Experience using production systems such as CIM and MRP/ERP.
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to documented procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to optimise flow, resources, and quality.
• Collaborate with Quality and other departments to review performance and implement corrective actions.
• Define and maintain clear production workflows, including resource allocation and sequencing.
• Lead or support audits and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and improvement activities to Production Management.
