You will drive continuous improvement, develop teams, and collaborate across functions to achieve business goals in a complex production environment.

Successful candidates will have strong leadership in manufacturing, a proven track record in Lean and continuous improvement, and expertise in production planning and resource management.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to plan resources, manage labor utilization and capacity.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality output.
• Drive on-time delivery by aligning production schedules with commitments and priorities.
• Monitor and improve key metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Manage workforce planning, labor allocation, capacity utilization and resources.
• Lead daily operational reviews and implement corrective actions to resolve production challenges.
