Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead multi-area manufacturing operations and drive world-class performance. You will guide operations managers, champion continuous improvement, and shape the site’s manufacturing strategy while ensuring safe, on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity, safety, quality and cost, delivering measurable improvements and developing future leaders in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading multi-area production operations.
• Experience delivering improvements in safety, quality and cost metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across multiple production areas to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Coach and develop Operations Managers to raise accountability and performance.
• Drive on-time delivery by aligning production schedules with customer commitments.
• Monitor key metrics across safety, quality, productivity, inventory and cost.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Planning to optimize factory performance.
