Baker Hughes is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure safe, efficient, on-time delivery, and uphold quality and performance standards across a complex production environment.

You will build high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape a culture of accountability and customer focus in a global energy technology company.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Proven track record improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
• Drive delivery performance by meeting production schedules and commitments.
• Monitor and improve key metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Manage workforce planning, labor allocation, capacity utilization, and resources.
• Lead daily operational reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve performance.
• Develop supervisors and production personnel while fostering accountability.

As an Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational performance. You will drive continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate across functions to achieve business and customer objectives.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production output.
• Driving delivery performance by ensuring production schedules, customer commitments, and operational priorities are achieved.
• Monitoring and improving key operational metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Managing workforce planning, labor allocation, capacity utilization, and operational resource requirements.
• Leading daily operational reviews and implementing corrective actions to resolve production challenges and risks.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure seamless manufacturing execution.
• Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance.
• Developing supervisors, team leaders, and production personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
