Job summary

Hunter Selection are recruiting a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across two manufacturing sites in Shropshire, balancing strategic leadership with practical day-to-day involvement. You will oversee electrical, mechanical and facilities maintenance, manage budgets and projects, and drive health, safety and ISO compliance.

This role requires developing people and improving maintenance processes across both sites.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification.
• Experience as Maintenance/Engineering Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across two manufacturing sites, ensuring reliability.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical and facilities maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets, spares and contractor activities.
• Support new equipment installation and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and ISO standards.
