Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team at the Severnside manufacturing site. You will own maintenance strategies, drive reliability, and ensure safe, compliant plant operation across a key production area.

You will coach engineers, deliver improvements to reduce downtime, manage budgets and capital projects, and partner with operations to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, or similar leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong people management, coaching and team development skills.
• Experience developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of engineering professionals.
• Creating and delivering maintenance strategies that maximise plant reliability and performance.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and control costs.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental and engineering standards.
• Managing engineering budgets, resources and capital projects.
• Supporting operational teams to deliver production targets and business objectives.
