Hunter Selection is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead a well‑established maintenance team within a global manufacturing group. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, driving reliability and performance improvements across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have a Degree and strong mechanical skills, plus experience with SAP and maintenance programs. The position offers strong development, training, and a clear progression path into management.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of current plant equipment and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high‑quality preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Detect deviations in asset performance and address promptly.
• Perform safe, efficient daily maintenance with detailed planning.
• Create standard work plans for repetitive tasks and promote standardization.
• Inspect equipment during tours to identify anomalies.
• Support maintenance teams in diagnosis and problem solving.
• Oversee external repairs, spare parts, and supplier inspections.
• Coordinate contractor work and monitor quality of tasks.
• Apply predictive maintenance techniques for equipment management.
• Review plant information (SAP, shift reports, alarms).
• Prepare detailed work orders ensuring safe execution.
• Keep asset documents updated and orderly across locations.
