Rolls-Royce is seeking a Vice President of Digital & IT for Manufacturing Operations in Derby with hybrid on-site presence. You will partner with manufacturing leaders to translate business strategy into a practical digital and technology roadmap, delivering improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage a sizeable portfolio and work with enterprise IT, OT and data specialists to enable manufacturing performance at scale.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in large, multi-site manufacturing or engineering organisations.
• Proven track record in manufacturing improvement or business transformation using digital/IT.
• Strong understanding of factory operations, lean principles and production systems.

• Lead the digital and IT agenda for Manufacturing Operations in Civil Aerospace.
• Set priorities and translate strategy into a practical digital roadmap.
