Job summary

PA Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Engagement Manager who can open new opportunities and nurture relationships with senior buyers in consumer products and industrial sectors. You will work with engineering and supply chain teams to tailor Manufacturing Innovation insights and propositions for clients.

The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, mapping existing networks, and using PA’s CRM to manage a growing pipeline.

Qualifications

• Extensive network in high-volume manufacturing across Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, and Industrial Systems.
• Front-end business development experience with a track record of growth and client relationships.
• Structured sales approach development to adapt to changing consumer industry needs.
• Understanding of regulatory environment, policies, and trends in the industry.
• Experience selling consultancy services in Consumer Products, packaged goods, and Industrial Products sectors.
• Experience with manufacturing innovation and internal transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and incubate new or dormant accounts into revenue-generating clients.
• Penetrate existing accounts where PA’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain services are less known.
• Develop and maintain client engagement plans to map relationships and grow leads.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to tailor insights for clients.
• Shape market materials with marketing to drive sales and industry recognition.
• Lead qualification of early opportunities within PA’s CRM and sales network.
• Connect clients to SMEs for bids and participate in PA’s global CEM network.
