You will lead and engage with client teams across FMCG, Industrials, Automotive and Life Sciences to identify inefficiencies and implement tangible solutions.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, requiring travel across Europe (Mon–Thu, stays away).

Qualifications

• Degree level education in relevant field e.g. Engineering.
• Strong experience in management consulting, operational excellence, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational transformation projects, working directly with client teams to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
• Use a hands-on, data-driven approach to analyze processes, uncover inefficiencies, and drive tangible improvements.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align project goals, define strategies, and execute high-impact initiatives.
• Coach and mentor client teams to embed continuous improvement mindsets and ensure long-term success.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and business growth by sharing insights, methodologies, and best practices.

Travel – Consultants travel across Europe every Monday-Thursday which always involves staying away during the week, please note this is a requirement of this role

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Consultant, you will work closely with clients across a range of industries – including FMCG, Industrials, Automotive & Life Sciences to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive sustainable performance improvements. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that blends strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
