Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced PLM Engagement Lead in the United Kingdom to drive complex digital engineering and PLM programmes. You will manage client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure commercial and delivery performance, translating business priorities into successful outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial acumen across engineering and manufacturing environments, with exposure to Siemens Teamcenter/NX, PTC Windchill

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex PLM engagements and programmes.
• Strong governance and delivery management skills.
• Ability to operate at executive level with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior client contact and governance owner.
• Lead end-to-end engagement lifecycle from mobilisation to transition.
• Own engagement commercial performance: forecast revenue, cost and margins.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive value delivery.
