PA Consulting is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our hybrid team, driving strategic software initiatives for high-profile clients. You will lead software development groups, manage senior stakeholders, and shape tech strategies across domains to deliver market-leading outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with FTSE 100 clients, guide business development, and mentor teams while collaborating across disciplines to introduce innovative solutions and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software development teams delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Strong understanding of multiple industry verticals and client needs.
• Ability to shape and communicate software engineering strategies across domains (application, business, integration).
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating technical insight into business value.
