3. Collaborate with Production, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless design-for-manufacturing and operational excellence.

1. Have proven and experienced in manufacturing engineering within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where new product introduction is a constant part of the landscape.
2. Be an expert in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and project management.
3. Be knowledgeable about CAD, engineering life cycles, and quality management systems.
