ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is recruiting an HR Advisor for a manufacturing site in Newport on a full‑time, onsite basis.

You will provide practical HR support across employee relations, absence management, policy advice and HR reporting within a busy 24/7 production environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Confident managing a wide range of employee relations cases.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability).
• Support managers through investigations, hearings and formal processes.
• Monitor and analyse absence trends; support absence management.
• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures and employment law.
• Support employee engagement and maintain HR records and systems.
