Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a proactive HR Advisor for a well-established manufacturing client in Brynmawr, Blaenau Gwent. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will advise managers on employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure policies are followed.

You will maintain accurate employee records, monitor absence, support wellbeing initiatives, and provide HR reporting. The role requires at least 2 years in HR, strong IT skills, and experience in a busy manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience working within a HR environment.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience in a busy manufacturing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor absence and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide HR reporting and support people-focused projects.
