Job summary

VanRath is supporting a well-established manufacturing group in Northern Ireland with an HR professional who can influence the people agenda. You will provide expert advice to managers, handle employee relations, investigations, and support the full lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

Reporting to the HR Business Partners, you will maintain accurate records, ensure data confidentiality, stay compliant with employment law, and help develop policies and training to boost engagement across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree educated and CIPD qualified.
• Minimum of three years' HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or food sectors.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers across the group.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Support the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of policies and training programmes.

About you
