Job summary

Whyte & Mackay is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain to join our Grangemouth Bottling Plant, working with the Director of Supply Chain and senior stakeholders to drive performance through financial insight.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and manufacturing costing across Bottling, packaging and related operations, turning data into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

Experience in finance partnering with manufacturing operations.
Experience in Bottling, FMCG, food & drink, or similar production environment.
Strong cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Understanding of warehousing and wider supply chain.
CA, CIMA or ACCA qualification or working towards.

Responsibilities

Lead financial partnering for Bottling, packaging and related manufacturing operations.
Own product and production costing, including materials, packaging, labour, overheads and warehousing.
Lead budgeting and forecasting across relevant manufacturing operations.
Provide clear insight into production performance, costs, variances, efficiencies and opportunities.
Partner with operational leaders to identify cost reductions and productivity improvements.
Support investment, capacity, sourcing, make-versus-buy and other strategic operational decisions.
Turn complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Support robust financial control, reporting and governance.
Lead and develop colleagues within the operational Finance team.
