Job summary

Finsbury Food Group is seeking an Operations Finance Manager for the East Kilbride site. You will partner with the Site Lead and operations leadership to deliver robust financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while driving performance improvements across the site.

You will manage one direct report, play a key role in strategic projects and continuous improvement, and transition to a hybrid work arrangement after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with FMCG/manufacturing sector experience.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and driving commercial insight.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own site financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor costs, payroll, stock, and capital expenditure.
• Provide financial insight to drive improvements and operational decisions.
• Lead month-end processes and ensure robust internal controls.
• Develop and manage one direct report and coach the team.
