Whyte and Mackay, based in Glasgow, is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain. You will own product costing for bottling and related manufacturing, and partner with Bottling, Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Commercial teams to drive cost efficiency and value creation.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insightful financial analysis to enable senior management decisions. Occasional travel may be required within the UK.

Qualificações

• CA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or currently working towards qualification.
• Experience in an industry finance role.
• Experience of whisky stock management would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of management and cost accounting.
• Understanding of whisky stock management and/or long-term stock models.
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organised, methodical with high attention to detail and prioritisation ability.
• Highly analytical with data-driven insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end costing for bottled whisky products, including materials and labour.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasts for bottling/manufacturing cost centres.
• Build financial models to support capacity, sourcing and investment decisions.
• Provide strategic financial challenge to support decision making.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations and governance processes.
