Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Operations and Manufacturing within a fast-paced UK environment. You will collaborate with senior leaders to provide financial insight, drive performance and inform decision-making.

The role focuses on leading budgeting, forecasting and reporting, delivering robust financial analysis, and guiding capital expenditure planning with a view to cost savings and value creation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) required.
• Proven Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead finance partner across operational and manufacturing departments, providing robust financial support and challenge.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for operating expenditure across designated departments.
• Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support decision-making through scenario modelling, investment appraisals, resource allocation reviews and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage capital expenditure planning and reporting of designated departments, ensuring investment plans align with business objectives and financial targets.
• Contribute to wider finance projects, continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
