Finsbury Food Group is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to act as the finance business partner for the Coatbridge site. You will own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and month-end, monitor costs, payroll, stock, cash, EBITDA and capex, and provide analysis to drive performance and robust controls.

Initially site-based to support onboarding, you will transition to a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of three days on site, and you will join a collaborative finance team, managing

• Qualified professional in accounting/finance (ACCA, CIMA or ICAS).
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for operational decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Own the Coatbridge site's financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Manage month-end close, monitor costs, payroll, stock, cash, EBITDA and capex.
• Provide financial analysis to support performance improvement and operational decisions.
• Develop and coach direct reports and collaborate with Site Lead and operations teams.
