Manufacturing Engineer Supply Chain - Composite Technology Facility

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Bristol, developing manufacturing methods, processes, and materials for composite fan blades and containment casings. We are experiencing growth as we deliver composite components across various products, including the UltraFan Demonstrator Programme.

The Composite Technology Facility (CTF), part of our Compressor Components business, supports Rolls-Royce's civil aviation sector.
There is an excellent opportunity for a Composite Assembly Manufacturing Engineer within our UltraFan Engine Project Team, focusing on developing hardware for the Mk2 Engine Architecture. This role is based at the CTF Bristol Filton site and involves collaboration with internal and external suppliers, with travel as needed.

This role provides hands-on experience with composite assembly processes at Rolls-Royce and allows influence over the next generation of fan systems. The successful candidate will manage relationships with the CTF supply chain, ensuring quality and conformance of hardware, understanding product and process requirements, and executing improvements within specified timelines and budgets.
