Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical assembly manufacturing, preferably in automotive, aerospace, machinery, or medical fields.
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise mechanical assembly processes.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen.
• Troubleshoot assembly line issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Design, R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
