Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to shape robust, low-volume production processes in a high‑value environment. You will lead APQP for new products, develop PFMEAs and Control Plans, and create FAIR packages and ITPs to ensure manufacturability and quality.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and ensure readiness for production launches and changes.

Formación

• Experience in Manufacturing, Process, Methods, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Mapping.
• Experience producing FAIR documentation and ITPs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead APQP activities for new products and process changes.
• Develop and maintain Process Maps, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and manufacturing documentation.
• Create and manage FAIR packages and ITPs.
• Drive DFMs reviews to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Identify and reduce manufacturing risks through structured problem-solving and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness.
• Support continuous improvement projects enhancing productivity, quality, and delivery.
