Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing and Methods Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering and Methods function across Naval and Civil programmes. You will own welding coordination, drive process standardisation, and enable NPI through APQP/PPAP while partnering with quality, procurement, and planning teams.

The role requires an engineering background, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Own and deploy Manufacturing Engineering processes, standards, and methods.
• Manage the Responsible Welding Coordinator and ensure proper resources and compliance (WPS/PQR, welders, inspections).
• Define in-process inspection requirements with Quality to reduce end-of-line testing.
