Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer for a high-value, low-volume manufacturing environment. You will own process development and drive continuous improvement across engineering, design, quality and supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

The role focuses on DFMA-led process improvement, SOP creation, and control plans, while ensuring health and safety compliance in a permanent, 40-hour-per-week day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in process development and manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in a high-value, low-volume environment.
• Familiarity with DFMA and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes with a focus on DFMA.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and visual standards.
• Lead quality and problem-solving activities using structured methods.
• Specify and introduce new equipment and tooling to improve efficiency.
