Stannah Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Global Upholstery Solutions, Andover. You will support upholstery and woodworking operations, introduce new products, and drive continuous improvement to deliver measurable cost savings across sites.
We expect a track record in manufacturing process improvements, with experience in upholstery, furniture manufacturing, CNC, and Lean methods. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join Stannah Group based at Global Upholstery SolutionsAndover.
This job will involve supporting upholstery and woodworking manufacturing operations, introducing new products and processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering measurable cost savings across multiple manufacturing sites.
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will work 37 hours per week,Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16.45, Friday 8:00 to 12:00. This job is a permanent contract.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys improving production processes, increasing efficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting the manufacture of high-quality upholstered and timber-framed products.
To be successful as the Manufacturing Engineer, it is essential that you have previous experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of delivering process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Experience in upholstery, furniture manufacturing, woodworking, CNC machining, automated fabric cutting systems, and Lean Manufacturing would be desirable.
