Job summary

Stannah, a market-leading family-owned lift manufacturer and service provider, seeks a qualified Lift Engineer to join our Portsmouth operation. This permanent role covers on-site maintenance, repair and safety compliance across locations in and around Portsmouth.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday with on-call duties, contributing to service excellence and customer satisfaction while upholding our high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
• Qualified Lift Engineer with experience in maintenance and repair of lifts and stairlifts.
• Willingness to work on-site at Portsmouth locations and participate in on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance, repair and call-out visits on various lifts and stairlifts.
• Ensure high-quality service and safety standards at all times.
• Perform risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
• Participate in on-call rota with standby allowance and call-out payments.

Education

NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00-16:45, Friday: 8:00-15:45
