Job summary

Stannah is seeking Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division, covering a route across the Ringwood service branch, based in Southampton. You will earn £17,679 starting salary, with regular reviews based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This 40-month apprenticeship offers practical training, distance-learning coursework, and mentoring to achieve a Lift Engineering qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
• Interest in engineering or practical experience in a related role.
• Willing to undertake 40-month training to gain Lift Engineering qualification.
• A valid driving licence or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Shadow qualified Engineers assisting with servicing and repair of lifts.
• Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
• Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
• Participate in at least 20% off-the-job training.
• Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.

Stannah is looking to recruit ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division. You will cover a route across the Ringwood service branch.

This a great opportunity to earn, whilst you learn and continue your education. You will receive a starting salary of £17,679 which will be reviewed regularly based on performance. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00 - 4.45 and Friday8.00 - 3.45

• A mix of practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre.
• You will achieve a qualification in Lift Engineering
• Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 - 9 (A-C) passes in Maths, English
• Have a keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role.
• A valid driving licence or working towards
