Job description

The Manufacturing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for implementing, monitoring, measuring, and reporting production schedules to ensure that matched sets of materials and capacities are available to meet customer needs.

Key requirements:

1. Experience in a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or Engineering role.
2. Excellent product and customer knowledge.
3. Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
4. Advanced knowledge of ERP software systems, ideally SAP.

Key responsibilities:

1. Implement effective capacity management and production monitoring systems.
2. Analyze planned order reports and provide timely release of production work orders as per the Production Plan.
3. Collaborate with production teams and procurement specialists to prioritize critical items.
4. Provide daily updates to the product line team regarding production schedule status.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and cut costs.
6. Report all scheduling, capacity, and production data, statistics, and metrics as per the Master Schedule policy.
