Greiner AG in the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive productivity, quality and cost improvements using Lean, Kaizen and data-driven decisions. You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and develop business cases across the business.

The role focuses on turning ideas into action in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivering tangible improvements and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen applied to manufacturing.
• Ability to analyse data, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage colleagues in CI initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Good organisation and planning to manage multiple priorities.
