Qualifications

• Experience driving lean and CI in a fast-paced environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required or equivalent.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate data into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy and KPI trends into a targeted CI roadmap aligned with operational objectives.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact improvement opportunities with clear ownership and timelines.
• Lead data-driven performance analysis to identify trends and root causes.
• Manage CI projects from assessment through implementation and delivery.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs with data-driven insights.
• Promote operational excellence via standardisation, best-practice deployment, and employee engagement.
• Ensure CI initiatives comply with health and safety, quality standards, and procedures.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives to minimise downtime and improve OEE.
• Embed a positive culture throughout the business.
