Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives across manufacturing and support functions. You will drive cross-functional projects, analyse processes, and coach teams to instil a culture of problem-solving and measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.

This role emphasizes KPI development, workshop facilitation, and sustaining changes through strong stakeholder engagement and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or cost.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for making things better every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Analyse workflows and data to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Facilitate workshops and training to upskill teams in CI.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure improvement success.
• Champion a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Ensure sustainability of changes.
