Job summary

Greiner in Northern Ireland is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead projects that boost productivity, quality, and cost performance across the plant. Using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen, you will identify opportunities, remove barriers, and implement sustainable solutions with data-driven decisions.

You will run workshops, develop business cases and project plans, track progress and support delivery of key operational objectives, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through to completion, including developing project plans and monitoring progress.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach cross-functional teams to deliver results and engage colleagues in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present information to a range of audiences.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
