Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Manufacturing Administrator to support the HR team and wider business from our Runcorn site. You will manage Excel-based admin, PPE stock and onboarding tasks, ensuring GDPR compliance throughout.

The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse and logistics teams, handling diary management, and assisting with HR processes and meetings. Temporary with a view to permanent, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills and strong Excel proficiency.
• Good communication with production, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR procedures and data handling compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and administration across the business.
• Assist with PPE allocations, stock control and PPE orders.
• Assist with filing, diary management and onboarding of new starters (GDPR compliant).
• Support meetings and general admin for the HR team.
