Job summary

People First is hiring a Mandarin-speaking E-commerce Specialist for our Reading office to drive marketplace operations on Amazon.

You'll manage orders, inventory, listings, promotions, and data reporting, collaborating with marketing and logistics. A strong candidate has Mandarin, Amazon marketplace experience, and solid Excel and data skills. Start ASAP in a permanent, on-site role with salary around £30k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail and reliable, right-first-time approach to operational tasks.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data confidence.
• Proficiency in Excel for data checking, filtering, formatting, formulas, and analysis.
• Good written and spoken English with clear communication and teamwork.
• Proactive, responsible, patient, self-motivated and ownership-minded.
• Experience in Amazon Marketplace or e-commerce ops; graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace & Order Operations: daily processing and coordination via SellerCentral/Vendor Central.
• Inventory, Fulfilment & Issue Resolution: monitor stock, delivery schedules, disputes and health.
• Product Listings, Promotions & Launches: listings, content updates and promotions.
• Data, Reporting & Business Optimisation: maintain records, create reports and dashboards.
• Market, Content & Customer Experience: monitor trends, improve presentation and ranking.
• Process Improvement & Cross-functional Support: SOPs, automation exploration, admin support.

Monitorstockavailability,replenishment,fulfilmentstatus,anddeliveryschedules.Followuponorderexceptions,deliveryissues,invoicequeries,disputes,chargebacks,andaccounthealthmatters,ensuringactionsandprogressareclearlyrecordedandcommunicated.

3.ProductListings,Promotions&Launches

Supportproductlistingcreation,cataloguemaintenance,contentupdates,compliancechecks,andproductinformationaccuracy.Assistwiththeplanning,setup,execution,tracking,andfollow-upofAmazonpromotions,seasonalcampaigns,samples,andnewproductlaunches.

4.Data,Reporting&BusinessOptimisation

Maintainaccurateoperationalrecordsandanalysesales,traffic,conversion,advertising,inventory,andoperationaldata.Prepareregularreports,dashboards,andtrackers,identifyrisksandopportunities,andprovideclearrecommendationstoimproveperformance.

5.Market,Content&CustomerExperience

Monitorcompetitors,categorytrends,pricing,promotionalactivity,reviews,andmarketplaceperformance.Workwithmarketing,advertising,andcontentteamstoimproveproductpresentation,keywordvisibility,organicranking,paidtrafficcoordination,andcustomerexperience.
