Job summary

People First is seeking a Mandarin-speaking CRM & Operations Executive for Reading. The role focuses on EDM content, CRM campaigns, and on-site promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.

You will coordinate with design and marketing teams, manage customer data, and contribute to loyalty initiatives while supporting e-commerce operations and traffic channels. Reading-based, perm position with salary £30-35k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Highly organized with strong task management, able to prioritise deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and partners.
• Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Produce EDM content, coordinating with designers on adjustments, create customer lists and EDM distribution.
• Execute on-site campaigns, including campaign setup, launch, monitoring, and real-time optimisation based on performance.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret customer and campaign data to generate actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and analyse competitors’ on-site campaigns and CRM activities to identify insights and opportunities.
• Support the development and optimisation of loyalty programmes to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce platform operations, including product listings, content updates, campaign setup, and merchandising activities.
• Provide execution support for traffic acquisition channels (e.g., paid media, affiliates) as needed.
• Work cross-culturally and adapt to different working styles.
