ABL Recruitment is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Aftersales Commercial Specialist to support UK aftermarket operations. You will drive pricing, profitability and product development across spare parts, with a focus on commercial decision-making.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to identify opportunities, manage performance and deliver revenue growth in a bilingual, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, automotive or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage spare parts pricing strategies and governance.
• Produce commercial reports, KPI dashboards and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with aftersales, marketing, supply chain and finance to drive growth.
