Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an established engineering business to recruit a Bilingual Aftersales Coordinator in Hessle. You will support international customers and partners, coordinating spare parts enquiries, quotations and orders, while maintaining high service levels and accurate information across ERP systems.

The role emphasises language skills (English plus an additional language, German advantageous), strong communication, and collaboration with sales,

Qualificações

Fluent in English and at least one additional language; German preferred.
Experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing.
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and detail.

Responsabilidades

Provide international customer support and build relationships with customers and partners.
Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts and services and follow up on enquiries.
Process orders through ERP and ensure correct pricing, product details, delivery schedules and confirmations.
Keep customers updated on orders, deliveries and transport arrangements; resolve queries professionally.
Collaborate with sales, technical and operations teams to ensure responsive service.
