Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Field Based Business Development Representative, Mandarin Speaking to join our London team. You will build relationships with Chinese restaurant partners across London and surrounding cities, driving growth and expanding our local marketplace.

In this hybrid role, you’ll map opportunities, pitch Deliveroo’s value, and support partners through onboarding while travelling to meet prospects in person. Fluency in Mandarin and a strong track record in new business are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin with ability to negotiate and build partnerships (Chinese Mandarin).
• Proven sales experience with a track record of actively targeting new business and hitting commercial targets.
• Strong commercial acumen for structuring profitable deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition across London and surrounding territories.
• Engage Chinese restaurants in Mandarin or Cantonese to demonstrate Deliveroo’s value.
• Own the onboarding journey to speed up partner activation.
• Support and monitor new restaurant performance in early weeks to ensure growth.
• Build deep local market knowledge across London and nearby regions.
