2. Has experience managing teams of 3-5 people.

4. Boasts strong commercial experience in shell & core/CSA (M&E experience a bonus).
5. Is confident and decisive, able to handle pressure and navigate complex situations.
6. Is comfortable working on-site at Royston, with potential for future WFH flexibility.
