We are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.

What you'll do:

• Ensure robust cost plans are live, accurate, and aligned with the scope being delivered.
• Report to deadlines as per the commercial calendar and in accordance with the work breakdown and cost breakdown structures.
• Provide accurate live forecasting considering the programme, reporting accordingly.
• Ensure timely records of deliveries (GRNs).
• Ensure all team members understand the contractual arrangements.
• Develop a collaborative team culture within a multidisciplinary and diverse team.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Relevant CSCS Card.
• Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, management, or a related cost discipline.
• Chartered surveyor or working towards chartered status.
• Experience managing costs within a complex Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
• Experience with NEC forms of contract.
