Job summary

Willis Global is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to lead the UK business from a base near Braintree, Essex. You will own the commercial and operational performance, guiding sales, service, aftersales, finance and overall strategy as a hands-on leader of a small but influential team.

You will develop and execute growth plans, optimize processes, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Proven managerial experience with P&L responsibility in a commercial environment.
• Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.
