This is primarily an on-site role with flexibility during the onboarding of a junior team.

We are partnering with a female-led consumer gifts brand that is rapidly expanding. Founded by an innovative designer, the business is experiencing 100% YOY growth.

In addition to a strong ecommerce presence, the brand is now available in premium retail stores. Their affordable, high-quality products enable growth despite economic challenges.

This role involves being the second-in-command, reporting directly to the founder. You will shape the commercial vision and develop various business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage teams across commercial, marketing, digital, operations, legal, and finance
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy (brand, paid, CRM, SEO, influencer)
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, allowing the founder to focus on creativity and brand representation
• Coordinate with warehousing and distribution to ensure timely delivery according to SLAs

Candidate requirements:

• Extensive experience in marketing or ecommerce roles
• Experience managing other channels beyond ecommerce/marketing
• Strong P&L management skills and a track record of scaling brands from 6 to 7+ figures
