Job summary

Milk Education in Manchester City Centre is expanding its high-energy education recruitment team. We’re seeking a senior Education Recruiter to lead from the front, own a HOT desk across SEND, Primary or Secondary education, and continue billing while stepping into a strategic role within a growing branch.

You’ll mentor consultants, drive branch performance, build long-term relationships with schools and providers, and help shape our growth strategy in a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience across SEND, Primary or Secondary Education.
• Strong 360 temporary recruitment background.
• Senior, hands-on leadership with ownership of a HOT desk.

Our Manchester City Centre office is growing rapidly - ambitious, collaborative, and full of energy. With exciting expansion plans already underway, we're looking for a Managing Consultant to play a key role in the next stage of growth.

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity suited to someone with experience across SEND, Primary, or Secondary Education, alongside a strong 360 temporary recruitment background.

You'll take ownership of a HOT desk with huge potential while working closely with leadership to help drive branch performance, support consultant development, and contribute to wider business growth.
