Milk Education in Sheffield is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead a fast-growing branch and shape its future. You will own a 360 temp desk, drive new business, and mentor junior consultants while influencing wider team strategy.

• Building and developing strong client relationships across schools and education settings.
• Driving new business and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement.
• Using innovative marketing tools to grow your desk and candidate network.
• Supporting, mentoring, and influencing less experienced consultants.
• Leading by example in candidate attraction, retention, and service delivery.
• Ensuring high standards of compliance and safeguarding.
