Job summary

On-Recruitment in Preston is seeking two Education Recruitment Consultants to join a rapidly growing team. You will build relationships with schools and education professionals, identify new business opportunities and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

This role offers £35,000-£45,000 base with uncapped earning potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, gym membership, incentives and staff rewards within a supportive, ambitious environment.

As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in developing relationships with schools and education professionals, identifying new business opportunities and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
