Job summary

Milk Education in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to own your market and play a pivotal role in our expanding Liverpool team. Depending on the opportunity, you’ll work across Primary, Secondary or SEND with the benefit of a warm desk.

You’ll build long term relationships with schools and candidates, win new business, source and place education professionals, and drive 360 recruitment while growing revenue and delivering outstanding service.

The Role

As a Senior Principal Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market and play an important role within our growing Liverpool team.

Depending on the opportunity, you'll have the chance to work across Primary, Secondary or SEND, with some roles offering the benefit of an established, warm desk.

You'll be responsible for:
