Job summary

KPI Education is seeking a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester HQ and take ownership of a full 360 education recruitment desk. You’ll recruit across daily supply, long-term and permanent roles, developing school and Multi-Academy Trust relationships while building a profitable candidate network.

You’ll enjoy autonomy to build and lead your own team, with clear progression into Managing Consultant / Team Leader and a base salary up to £50,000 plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• You already understand education recruitment and what it takes to develop a successful desk.
• Experience winning new school and Trust business.
• Ability to develop existing client relationships and run high-volume BD campaigns.
• Build candidate pipelines and negotiate rates and terms.
• Manage temporary/supply bookings and long-term/permanent staffing.
• Ambition to take ownership of your market and grow revenue.

We're not looking for somebody who needs to be taught recruitment from scratch.

You'll already understand education recruitment and what it takes to develop a successful desk.

You'll be comfortable:

• Winning new school and Trust business
• Developing existing client relationships
• Running high-volume BD campaigns
• Building candidate pipelines
• Negotiating rates and terms
• Managing temporary and supply bookings
• Developing long-term and permanent business
• Working to ambitious revenue targets
• Taking complete ownership of your market
